OUR BACKUP SOLUTION

Here is a quick overview of how our service works:

  1. You subscribe to a backup plan which gives you storage space on our servers.
  2. Then, with our help, you install a small program on your computer or server that runs in the background.
  3. Once this program is configured, it will securely copy all the files and folders that you specify to our servers on a nightly basis, where they will be encrypted and stored on two separate drives.

So, what happens if something goes wrong, and you lose your important data? Well, we make it pretty easy. You have three options:

  1. Download the files from our servers

    OR
  2. We will mail you CD(s) or DVD(s) of your files (which are yours to keep)

    OR
  3. We will mail you a USB hard drive containing your encrypted data (which you'll need to send back to us within two weeks of receiving it)

There is no charge for downloading the files from our servers. You are allowed 1 shipment (up to 10 CDs OR 10 DVDs OR 1 USB hard drive) per year. Additional shipments will be at an additional cost. You will always have access to your files and can download them from our servers at any time. If you have any questions, we will be glad to assist you. If you would like CDs, DVDs, or a USB hard drive sent to you with your files, you will need to contact us, and we will send you the requested data.
